She gained practical experience working with the pioneers and advocates of microsurgery and plastic reconstructive surgery in Lithuania. Dr Romanova-Paškevič has been performing surgeries at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos for more than a decade now. She has had traineeships at clinics in Italy and Latvia.
